EVERYONE COUNTS…to 100! We’ve been working hard learning about the value of coins and numbers in 1st grade. Today we shared different coin combinations to make 100 cents!!! Students shared their projects and demonstrated multiple ways to count to 100 by using a variety of coins!

In first grade we had a blast celebrating 100 day!

Our 100th day of school celebration was a success!!! The second graders had so much fun!!!

Riverside vs. Lehman: Pop Tab Competition
Riverside is collecting pop tabs during the time of February 1 - May 1 in a competition with Lehman. The "winning" school will be determined by the total weight of pop tabs collected. All pop tabs will be donated to Dayton Ronald McDonald House. We are encouraging community support by asking everyone to send in pop tabs. Students can turn in the pop tabs to their teachers.
