**REMINDER: RIVERSIDE ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR 2026/27: FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE,
Please get your athletic physical paperwork in by the end of the day, Friday, May 15. All of our athletes in grades 6-11 can get a free athletic physical and EKG (optional) on May 20 at Mary Rutan Health Center.

**RIVERSIDE PHYSICAL DAY AT MARY RUTAN HEALTH CENTER**
The Mary Rutan Health Center will be hosting Riverside's athletic physical day on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 11:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The information and permission slip are attached for this day. Students must return the permission slip and the physical forms to be allowed to attend physical day. Students will have the option of riding the Riverside bus to Mary Rutan for their physical or getting to Mary Rutan with their own transportation. Either way, the permission slip and physical forms must be turned into AD Rod Yoder or Athletic Secretary Nicole Harshbarger by May 15.
*Students also have the option this year of getting a free EKG while at the hospital for the physical exam. Information for the EKG is also attached with the forms to sign.
**We are encouraging all of our students in grades 6-11 to get their FREE physical on May 20. The physical will be valid for the entire 2026/27 school year.
