Riverside Local Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service.  

New student enrollment forms are populated within FinalForms once the parent creates an account.  Our registrar will be notified of the new registration via email and will begin the process of enrollment.  All requested documents must be uploaded on the Contact Info tab by using the Manage Documents button near the bottom of the tab.

For current students, the most exciting news is, for the parents, that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice.  FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You will be asked to review your information once per school year to verify information is current and sign the forms.

Parents are required to use FinalForms.  Please register at - https.//riversidedegraff-oh.finalforms.com - and electronically complete ALL forms.
